Location, location, location! Petite Plage 5 is a sprawling beachfront property sleeping up to 12 guests offering privacy, one of the largest pools on the island and quick access to the shops and restaurants of Grand Case.

Petite Plage 5 Villa’s principal feature is the oversized wrap-around pool and a central gazebo, perfect for al-fresco dining and lounging. The uninterrupted flow between the interior and exterior comes from large glass doors that slide seamlessly into the walls providing a vast living area and adjoining terrace with a stunning backdrop of sea and sky.
Interior spaces include the indoor living/dining room, a separate air-conditioned media room with a large plasma TV and a superbly equipped gourmet kitchen with views out to the gazebo and pool area. There are 5 air-conditioned master suites featuring king-size beds, large plasma TVs, walk-in closets and private bathrooms with showers (3 bedrooms also have bath tubs). An air-conditioned cottage sits next to the main house and features a king bed and adjoining bathroom; perfect for staff accommodations or young adults. Further amenities at this villa include a beach front Jacuzzi and a large outdoor roof-top terrace.
The lovely white sandy beach is just a few steps from the villa and the stunning ocean and sunset views are never ending. The charming fishing village of Grand Case is within easy walking distance and offers some of St. Martin’s finest culinary delights.

Stunning Villa and Superb Vacation
Petite Plage 5 Villa, St. Martin villa review
This stunning villa made the perfect vacation for our family. We had 8 adults and 5 children. The property was beautifully appointed and more than spacious, especially the expansive water frontage. It was attended to daily by a housekeeper and gardener. They even did our laundry daily! The property manager Carole was exceptionally attentive to our every need. Highly recommend consulting with her on any activities.
We used chef Francis for three dinners during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the gourmet dinners on the patio overlooking the bay. Plenty of wonderful shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All of us snorkeled, kayaked and paddle boarded off the beach. A large variety of sea life right off the beach and the kids (and adults) absolutely loved it. Also rented a catamaran two days which was exceptional.
Our stay was wonderful. The property is perfect for a large family and the rooms are quite spacious with a separate tv room for the kids when they wind down from the days activities. Most incredible were the views from every room, the expansive outdoor area and the outstanding service provided by Carole and her team.
The process of setting up this vacation was effortless with Jean and Lori. They attended to our every need and made the process of planning our vacation easy. Thank you!
