Petite Plage 4 is named for a white sandy beach in Grand Case, and the beach is close enough to touch from almost any point in the villa. There’s so many places outside around the pool and verandas to enjoy your coffee in the morning, a glass of wine as the sun sets, and group games late into the night. This villa isn’t far from town, but it will feel like your own slice of paradise!
Beachfront Luxury!
Petite Plage 4 enjoys a beachfront location in Grand Case, on the French side of St. Martin. White sands stretch to the villa’s infinity pool, and massive sliding doors open to contemporary interiors.
A convenient location near beach bars, water sports, and snorkeling gives guests plenty of activity to fill their days. The heated, infinity pool perches at the edge of the beach, and open-air lounges with columns and arches span the length of the villa. Beneath the middle poolside veranda, guests can lounge on two long sectionals and feast around a formal dining table. A sliver of the pool stretches between two of the verandas, and a small table is set into the water for guests to set snacks and drinks on as they swim. Guests can cook outside on the barbecue grill and enjoy after-dinner drinks in the hot tub. Palm trees, cushioned armchairs, and a hammock rest near the hot tub facing the sea. A series of archways frame the sea along the tiled deck, which is furnished with two sofas and an equally large coffee table. A live-in caretaker resides in a private apartment on the property.
Turquoise waters, billowing blue skies, and the neighboring island of Anguilla fill the horizon from Petite Plage 4’s enviable vantage point. Hand carved double doors and sliding walls of glass frame the view, and travertine floors flow throughout the interior and exterior. Contemporary furnishings mix with European antiques, art, and accessories to create a luxurious, yet warm interior. Guests can lounge in the living room’s expansive leather sofas, watch movies on the media room’s bright red couches, or study in the library. The French Caribbean-inspired kitchen is outfitted with soft green walls, grey marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Twelve guests can dine in the formal dining room, and smaller groups can dine around the kitchen’s breakfast bar. In the main house, there are four king suites with ocean views, exterior access, and impressive ensuite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom sits in a private casita off the courtyard and has a king bed. Each bathroom is a work of art, with semi-precious fixtures, soaking tubs, and rain showers.
Petite Plage 4 sits steps from Grand Case’s world-class dining and boutique shopping. Hope Estate’s gourmet grocery shopping is a short drive away. Orient Beach can be reached in 10 minutes, Marigot can be reached in 20 minutes, and the airport can be reached in 30 minutes.

Petite Plage 4 Villa, St. Martin villa review
The house is perfectly located within walking distance to Grand Case which was great for eating out and partying at night. The ocean views are beautiful, sunset every night. The pool was heated and spacious and there are multiple seating areas for sun or shade. Great to spend time together but also had plenty of space to be alone. The beach access was easy and we swam every day. The home was spotless and Rose came every day to keep it that way. Grocery store was just a short drive away. It was really the perfect vacation spot!

Petite Plage 4 Villa, St. Martin villa review
One of the most stunning villas, with magical views of ocean waves and beautiful sunsets. This villa is the ultimate getaway locale with a breathtaking villa, exceptional staff and once in a lifetime memories. Each bedroom has a king bed and bathroom, allowing for the utmost privacy. The main building area is spacious and has insane views - which each bedroom (except for the casita) have as well. The villa manager and staff are hands down exceptional and will ensure your stay is flawless. Direct access to the beach, private & expansive pool and top notch furnishings make this location a no brainer for those looking for an exceptional experience. It’s the little things that matter - US outlets in most rooms, daily check ins from the villa manager, welcome basket of fruit and food, daily housekeeping, etc. Hands down the best location / place I’ve ever stayed in.
Fantastic. Flawless from start to finish - from helping decide on the specific properties, to guiding us through changing COVID requirements, airport transfers, local restaurants / excursions. Would never use anyone else.

Two words describe this Villa; “Spectacular” & “Unbelievable”
Please convey our deepest appreciation to the Villa property managers Carole and Remy for their assistance during our entire stay; from their initial welcome, to the grand tour, to any items requiring some facilitation or coordination. They were always cheerfully available to us.
The house itself was more impressive than we could have imagined; from the vaulted ceilings, to the magnificent view, to the more than spacious rooms. Every day the pool was cleaned and the housekeeping services were amazing. There even was a gardener there on a daily basis.
Everything we ordered in advance of our vacation was there waiting for us - from Paddle boards to kayaks to groceries.
To sum it up, our family experienced the vacation of a lifetime and look forward to returning in the near future.
In a word, “Awesome”. Andrew, Sharon, and the staff at W2S were very accommodating, responsive, and patient with the myriad of questions we posed to them.
They coordinated and facilitated all our pre-arrival activities from airport taxi pick-up, excursions, to SUPs and kayaks, to groceries, and the private chef for Thanksgiving.
We will definitely use W2S in the future when planning a similar vacation.
On a 10 point scale, they were a 20!
Where2Stay removed all the stress from planning a family vacation.

This villa was phenomenal in every way.
The staff was amazing-helpful, kind, fun, and there to help with anything. They had excellent suggestions for a variety of activities.
The rooms and views could not be beat, and we did not ever want to leave the house.
There was plenty to do close by if we wanted! I wish we could go every year!

Petite Plage 4 Villa, St. Martin villa review
This was an absolutely magnificent high-end villa! Each bedroom was private and opened to the pool deck. Every bedroom had fantastic views of the beautiful blue Caribbean and jaw-dropping sunsets.
From the moment we arrived at Petite Plage 4, we knew we were in paradise. The grounds of the villa were beautiful—the landscape was lush and tropical with lots of palm trees, seagrapes, bouganvillea, and many other beautiful shrubs and flowers. The pictures online do not do justice to the villa’s very beautiful landscape.
The kitchen was beautiful, and was fully equipped with enough to serve 50 people, I believe. There was every kind of upscale utensil, pot and pan. Also, there were plenty plates, glasses, silverware, everything.
The kitchen was just in back of the gazebo, so serving was super easy. It had two sinks, an eight-burner stove, granite countertops and stainless steel throughout. Two things not mentioned online were that there was a washer/dryer and small bathroom behind the kitchen. Also, there was a lovely half bath located alongside the villa. It was perfect when using the pool or sunning on the deck.
The bathrooms were splendid—huge with marble everywhere. The toiletries were top of the line—from L’Occitane. I loved the almond cleansing gel! Halfway through our stay, we discovered mini fridges which were tucked away in each bedroom’s closet—how thoughtful!
The bedrooms were beautiful and super comfortable. Each had a large flat screen TV with satellite and a DVD player. Also, the living room had a huge projection screen TV/DVD player which I did not think we would ever use, but we used it just about every evening! It had superb picture quality and sound!
Oh, and the views from the villa were simply breathtaking! Waking up every morning to beautiful vistas of the sea was something everyone in this life should experience!
The location of the villa was perfect - another little bonus! The villa was a two-minute drive to all the magnificent restaurants and shops of Grand Case. You could walk there in less than ten minutes. The villa was also within a four-minute walk to the Grand Case Beach Club.
I could go on and on about this villa and still not describe all the wonders of Petite Plage 4. It goes without saying that I highly, highly recommend it. My only problem is that I want to go back this year, and the villa was not cheap.
Lastly, let me say, if this villa is in your budget, please rent it for your vacation. It is simply superb. We toured three other villas while in St. Martin—one beachfront like Petite Plage 4 and two hillside. Even though they were in the same price range, they did not even come close to Petite Plage 4 in any respect!
