Sky Blue has incredible views of the water and a spacious, open floor plan that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area is pretty impressive, and a few of the bedrooms have balconies to take in the view. As one of our guests said, “Sky Blue is absolutely breathtaking!”
Extraordinary views from every room
Sky Blue is located in Dawn Beach Estates, a private gated community near one of the most popular snorkeling beaches on the island. The villa has panoramic ocean views from every room and two levels of space.
The villa’s main level has a plunge pool that seems to blend with the ocean. There are chaise lounges, shaded and unshaded, for guests to take in the ocean view. The al fresco dining table is under a columned portico, with a full view and interior access. The terrace blends with both living rooms, one exterior and one interior. The interior living room faces the view and sits between the kitchen and dining area. The gourmet kitchen features a sleek, open floor plan and state of the art appliances. The breakfast bar sits on the opposite side of sliding glass doors from the gas BBQ grill.
There are two guest bedrooms on the main level, both with king-sized beds and ensuite baths. There is also a fifth bedroom on this level for staff. A spiral staircase leads from the main level to the upper story, which has an outdoor terrace with views of Oyster Pond, St. Kitts, and Nevis. The master bedroom is on this level, with a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath. The second bedroom on this level also features a king-sized bed and ensuite bath.
Sky Blue is located near the ferry service, Dawn Beach, and the Westin Resort. Orient Bay’s water sports and Philipsburg’s shopping are a 10-15 minute drive away.

Amazing views and home!
Sky Blue, St. Martin villa review
Sky Blue has amazing views and a wonderful lay out! The house was perfect for our family of 4! The outdoor space was wonderful! Perfect for eating a meal or just hanging out to swim or relax. The home has everything you need as well:) We loved the location (even with the steep hills to get there)!! It was close to restaurants and beaches and even close to the French side, which was about 5-10 minutes away! Andrew is always so helpful when we chose where to stay on the islands! Trust him with every place we stay! Would highly recommend not only working with Andrew but also staying Sky Blue…. Which the name says it all:)

Sky Blue Villa Vacation in St Martin
Sky Blue, St. Martin villa review
Our vacation at Sky Blue in St Martin was simply amazing. We have been visiting St Martin for many years but normally stayed in our time share near the Cupecoy area. This was our 30th anniversary and we decided to do something special and rent a villa. During our search we discovered Sky Blue and WhereToStay.com. From there Jean took care of everything including arranging for tropical flowers in the villa and a nice goody basket containing snacks and fruit. She also provided us with lots of island information and a list of local contacts should we require anything. Upon arrival we were met by Roger at our car rental and he guided us to the villa and gave us the tour. I cannot say enough about Sky Blue. The villa is very beautiful and private with gorgeous views of the ocean and the island of St Barts from its perch atop the hill. We thoroughly enjoyed the infinity pool everyday and the villa was so well equipped that anything we needed was always there. The living areas are spacious and tastefully decorated and the kitchen was very modern with great appliances. The master bedroom and bath area was a very open design that included a large cylindrical rain shower. We had an awesome stay at Sky Blue for our anniversary.
Working with Jean and WhereToStay.com was very easy and enjoyable. Jean would always get back with us concerning any questions we had prior to the trip. The goody bag was very much appreciated and many thanks for her help in arranging for the flowers in the villa. The local contact list and island information was very useful. Thanks to Paul, the local contact for maintenance issues, for his help and follow up when power was lost briefly at the villa.

Sky Blue, St. Martin villa review
This was my second stay at Sky Blue Villa. As soon as I walked thru the doors, I remembered why I booked Sky Blue for a second straight year. The views are awesome. I don’t think I could ever stay in another villa. We had a great time, and everyone was great to work with. From Roger, to Paul and Betsy. I will return for a third trip. It was the ease of transfers and villa food stocking, to the crew you work with… and oh, did I mention the location and views of the villa?! Definitely a great place to unwind and relax. Thanks again to all, and will see you again.
You know, it’s funny and great when you don’t have to worry about anything other than getting to the villa. Betsy, again, did a wonderful job taking care of it all. Wonderful to work with!

Sky Blue, St. Martin villa review
I was so impressed with the villa, that I rebooked it again before my 10 day stay was over. The view from the villa is the best….just miles of ocean. When choosing a villa, I always look for location, location, location…I’m sure there are other great locations on the Island….but with Sky Blue unique design and 5 star rating….it was truly hard to leave. This villa has it all.
Betsy was the best, She took care of all the little details that you worry about when you travel…in fact I didn’t have to communicate with her much at all, because she took care of everything before we arrived. What a joy and great experience to work with her….

Great Property in a Great Location
Sky Blue, St. Martin villa review
We spent a week at Sky Blue and were not disappointed. We loved the open layout of the property and overall privacy of the lot. The view out over the infinity pool was spectacular. We made use of the gourmet kitchen and dining areas inside and out…and it made for many relaxing days by the pool. Liked the fact that this was in a gated community with a guard 24hrs a day.
This was our second time renting through WheretoStay and working with Shawna…her knowledge of the islands and properties is top notch and always puts me at ease knowing we won’t be disappointed. Her professionalism and timely communication/responses make me a repeat client!

Sky Blue is absolutely breathtaking! The view is second to none and the villa is exactly as it looks in the pictures. I have stayed in a lot of great places around the world, but I would rank this as one of my all time favorites.
