Caye Blanche is a fun choice for couples or large families with older kids. It’s close to Anse Marcel’s beach and several restaurants, but the villa still feels hidden on the hillside. Take in the ocean view, kick your feet up, and enjoy the villa’s elegant amenities.
Luxury villa with amazing views!
Caye Blanche is a private, gated villa overlooking the most gorgeous view of the Anse Marcel bay. This split-level home offers seven bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and an exclusive hillside location.
The villa’s pool is laid into a beautiful, wooden sundeck facing the sea. Loungers and cushioned armchairs rest around the deck, and a short staircase leads up to a second lounging deck and the covered veranda. Beneath the veranda, guests can dine al fresco and cook in a brick oven and grill. Xeriscape landscaping surrounds vibrant tropical plants and lush greenery, which adds a tranquil and modern touch to the sunbathed exterior.
Caye Blanche’s gourmet kitchen is outfitted with sleek cabinetry, upgraded appliances, a blender, a toaster, an espresso machine, and a coffee machine. Guests can dine around the elongated breakfast bar, or step right outside the sliding door to the al fresco dining area. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and iron. WiFi runs throughout the property, and the bedrooms are air-conditioned. Each of the seven bedrooms enjoys an ocean or garden view, a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has interior access, and the others all have exterior access.
Anse Marcel is only a few minutes away and offers a protected cove with safe swimming areas. There are numerous watersports nearby and several places to grab a bite to eat. The water is calm, and finding parking is rarely an issue. Grocery stores and restaurants are within 10 minutes of the villa, as well.
