Located on the French side of St. Martin in Anse Marcel, Casa Sand Villa is situated in the hills overlooking the ocean. The home is very private and is surrounded by tropical plants and greenery, so there’s a real feeling of seclusion. Inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as an additional half-bath, gourmet kitchen, and a comfortable living area. A large terrace outside has comfy loungers with umbrellas, a heated infinity pool, and a covered dining area-all looking out to sea.

Casa Sand Villa is a 3-bedroom villa located in the hills of Anse Marcel with great ocean views. Surrounded by tropical vegetation, the villa has a large infinity pool, a terrace with outdoor dining area, and a gazebo built into the hillside.
Fully air-conditioned, the villa has a large living/dining area with an open-plan gourmet kitchen. Very stylish and comfortable, the living area is filled with objects d’art with glass sliding doors opening for the whole length onto the pool terrace.
Each of the three bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms. The master and second bedrooms can be accessed from the living area, and the third bedroom has its own separate entrance from the terrace.
Casa Sand Villa is very secluded and tranquil but within easy reach of the Anse Marcel marina and the beach. Some guests even walk from the house to the beach just remember you have to walk back up.

The washer and dryer are not available for use by guests. On request, the housekeeper can do your personal laundry for a small fee.
