Sandyline’s serene entrance sets the scene for total relaxation. Palm trees line the villa’s driveway, and water streams from a marble fountain by the front door. Lush gardens lead the way to lily ponds and private venues perfect for afternoon naps and romantic rendezvous. Sunbathed terraces, cool verandas, and three pools overlook the sea at the back of the property. Sandyline’s massive infinity pool perches at the edge of the lawn, and daybeds wait nearby for eager sunbathers. A U-shaped lounging deck wraps around the second pool, and a set of stairs leads up to the hot tub. The second pool has a gentle slope, and the man-made rock formations give way to grottos and a daybed island. At night, the surface transforms into a glowing lagoon as submerged lighting reflects off the fountains and waterfall. Next to the hot tub, guests can lounge in the couches and armchairs beneath a large umbrella or dine around the bar-style table. Stairs lead up to the air-conditioned veranda, which has a seamless al fresco design perfect for entertaining and special events. Quieter guests will enjoy sipping cocktails in the pool gazebo or snoozing in the garden hammocks. Sandyline also offers a cushioned, all-weather tennis court, a putting green, a petanque/bocce ball lawn, and a spa with a steam room and a massage table. The home gym is fully equipped with cardio equipment, resistance machines, and weightlifting equipment.
An entrance hall with a tropical reef aquarium leads to the expansive living area and veranda, where guests can move seamlessly between the interior and exterior. An al fresco dining table and baby grand piano sit next to the formal dining room and sunken lounge. The living area is furnished with an extensive leather sectional, a plasma TV, and a home cinema system. The home office has a large desk, phone, telescope, TV, exterior access, and ocean views. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, an espresso machine, a coffee maker, and a wine cooler. The home also has a washer and dryer, an iron, a speaker system, a generator, and a mosquito system. Sandyline Villa’s accommodations include six king suites plus an additional king bedroom perfect for staff or teenagers. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a hairdryer, satellite TV, a DVD player, and exterior access.
