Tamarind Villa is an ideal choice for a family with young children. It has 7 bedrooms, with two cribs and one crib with a pack n’ play. A wood patio runs the entire length of the house and has chairs and tables for eating outside while enjoying the splendid views. Located on Windward Hills, views are of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. The Atlantic provides northerly breezes which help keep the house cool. The property is surrounded by landscaped gardens that are fenced and is accessed through a remote-controlled gate. A medium-sized pool is available for use; golf and shopping opportunities are located nearby. The beach is a 5-10 minute drive, and restaurants/groceries are 5 minutes by car.

Tamarind Villa is a spacious 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom home situated on Windward Hills, and it enjoys views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea. This villa has been renovated with an exterior of coral stone. The house is cooled by a constant breeze from the Atlantic Ocean. Tamarind sits on an acre of landscaped gardens that is fenced with access through a remote-controlled gate.
The villa has two floors.
The first floor has 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms. Two of these have king-size beds and open onto a patio where guests can enjoy wonderful views. Each of these bedrooms has an ensuite shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, which can be converted into a king bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower.
Downstairs are 3 more bedrooms with air conditioning. The Atlantic and Caribbean bedrooms have a king-size bed and ensuite shower, and the middle bedroom has two single beds and an ensuite shower.
Ample space is provided for relaxation and entertainment with a large sitting/dining room with a TV which is connected to cablevision, a DVD, and a stereo. A long dining table can seat 12 persons and another round table can seat an additional 8 persons.
A wooden patio runs the entire length of the house, furnished with tables and chairs for alfresco dining and sofas and loungers for relaxing.
The patio is adjacent to the pool deck, swimming pool, and a large wooden deck for sun worshippers. There is also an attractive gazebo with built in seating.
At the back of the house is the kitchen, equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc., a laundry room (with a washing machine and a dryer) and a small drinks fridge, a small child’s bedroom cooled with a ceiling fan and another shower room (available at a small additional nightly fee) The house is equipped with a baby’s crib and high chair.
The villa is a short drive from an 18-hole Championship Golf course and Cotton Bay and Le Sport beaches. The numerous shops and restaurants in Rodney Bay are about a 10-minute drive away.

Please note that the housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
The watchman/general maintenance man lives in a cottage at the bottom of the garden separated from the house by mango trees and lawn.
Access road is rough and rental of 4-wheel drive vehicle recommended.

I asked Belinda to please consider presenting herself as the host the next time we come. I feel that this type of relationship will allow my group to experience the charm of St Lucia. It will also allow her the freedom to present her fabulous meals in the best way possible.
Andrew is my go to guy. I have been doing business with Where To Stay for eight years and I have never had any issues. Andrew and his team are friendly and professional. Tamarind Villa, St. Lucia villa review
This was my second visit to this villa, and I have not changed my opinion. Tamarind has a beautiful location, and the staff as always was awesome. Everything from the food to making sure that our needs were met made this visit one of the best experiences we have had in the seven years we have visited the island.
Andrew has become like family to my wife and myself. We have never had an issue and he has worked closely with us for seven years now. He knows what we are looking for in terms of accommodation quality, location, and pricing.
It is always a pleasure working with Andrew, and we look forward to continuing our business relationship.

Tamarind Villa, St. Lucia villa review
I have stayed in several villas in St Lucia over the past 7 years. I can say that this villa is one of the best I have resided in. My friends and I enjoyed everything about our stay, from the staff to the wonderful food, and the most amazing views you could ever want to experience.
Andrew and I have been working together for seven years, and I have never been disappointed. We will be going back to St Lucia in 2018, and this villa is at the top of our selection list.
Andrew as always did a great job meeting our needs.

Our experience was very memorable. This house was the perfect location for our wedding and our pictures turned out like postcards. The house staff was super friendly, the house was very clean, modern and comfortable. We loved the view and the pool was fantastic.
Andrew was always responsive which was huge relief for us. He was very accommodating to any needs, questions or request that we had. We will definitely use Andrew/wheretostay again for our future trips. I have already shared his info with 2 co-workers.

Beautiful villa with amazing staff
Tamarind Villa, St. Lucia villa review
Tamarind villa was the perfect location and size for our group who was in St Lucia for my sisters wedding. Each room was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful island feel. The bathrooms in every room made it the ideal space for having individuals own space even though we were with friends & family. The outdoor space was perfect for all our social gatherings and the perfect setting and views for a wedding. No other decorations were necessary with the natural backdrop of the ocean and rolling hills looking over Rodney bay. The pool, the patio and all the furniture were in good condition and clean. The best part was the staff lead by Francis and Margurite who made sure all our needs were met. Merlinda and Lydia were our staff on site and by end felt like family. They cooked the most delicious meals, helped us with local recommendations and made our stay the most special experience. Overall we had a perfect trip because of our experience and stay at Tamarind. The only tough part is the steep driveway and location in hills made for an interesting driving experience :) but it was still fun!

A Wonderful Experience!
Tamarind Villa, St. Lucia villa review
After our stay at the Tamarind, we can truthfully say that it was a wonderful experience! Walking into the villa was like walking into the computer screen. Everything shown on the website is what we actually saw in person when we opened the door.
This was our first time staying at a villa, and if they are all like the Tamarind Villa, it won’t be the last. Andrew helped me to select the 3 villas that our group would occupy, and he couldn’t have been more wonderful to work with. Anyone that stays at the Tamarind Villa will not be disappointed. Weddings have been held here and I can certainly see why. They views are wonderful, the bedrooms are as shown, and the staff was great. We can’t say enough about the staff. The meals were tasty and feeding 14 people everyday was not a problem for them. We love them and miss them already! What a wonderful experience!!!

Tamarind Villa, St. Lucia villa review
We had a wonderful time at Tamarind Villa. It was a great, comfortable, large home with terrific views and a fabulous deck/pool area with lots of seating.
There were two fairly equal AC bedrooms and two smaller AC bedrooms. The three bedrooms on the main floor were lovely, but the bugs will eat you alive!
We didn’t realize our housekeeper, Melinda, also cooked. That was a pleasant extra! She also made some great drinks.
The phone system was a bit iffy, and some cell phones do work from there, at an extra charge. There were plenty of great restaurants not far from the villa.
