If you want a Caribbean escape with Secret Garden vibes, check out Kessi Villa. Its surrounded by gorgeous gardens and perched on the hilltop, so it feels super private and peaceful. Despite the privacy, its still only a short drive from the beach, restaurants, and activities.
Caribbean Luxury...Tropical Plantation Style!
Kessi Villa sits above Cap Estate with views of the island’s lush palm trees and bougainvillea. This two-story villa combines antebellum architecture with chic interiors for a uniquely Caribbean experience.
The villa’s wraparound veranda provides tons of seating, lounging space, and dining options. Palm trees embrace the lawn and veranda, providing privacy to the Grecian pool and tiled deck. Spend the afternoon snoozing in the hammock, grilling on the gas BBQ, or playing a round of pool around the billiards table. French doors lead into the Great Room, designed with warm, wooden floorboards, mahogany accents, and crisp white furnishings. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a coffeemaker, blender, and wine cooler. Kessi features air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and netting in each of the large ensuite bedrooms. The first floor has two bedrooms that each open to the veranda. One suite has a four-poster king bed, TV, a reading nook, and a shower. The second suite has two twin bunks and a shower. The master suite takes up the entire second floor and has a king bed, a balcony, and a telescope. Its bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Kessi’s staff includes housekeeping and a cook. The villa is 20 minutes from George Charles Airport, 10 minutes from the Rodney Bay Marina and the Reduit Beach area, and 5 minutes from the golf course. There are several beaches within five to seven minutes of the villa.

Kessi Villa, St. Lucia villa review
This villa was beautiful. We’ve stayed in Cap Estate many times before, and this villa is situated in a very quiet area (no barking dogs). It was just as expected, lovely, and luxurious. The owner planted a ton of palm trees that create a very private feel, which is wonderful too.
The high-end amenities makes it feel like home, American sized fridge, stove, etc., and the cleaning lady, Catherine, is a delight.
We would highly recommend this villa.

Kessi Villa, St. Lucia villa review
We rented Villa Kessi though Wheretostay.com and were extremely pleased with the entire experience. After a week of searching though several great sites, we connected with Andrew from WhereToStay.com. He immediately put us on a fast track toward options with varying locations, amenities, pricing, and levels of service. Andrew and the team from WhereToStay know their stuff, and their advice and property profiles are right on. Villa Kessi was absolutely as beautiful as the pictures. We spent several days snorkeling, scuba, sailing, relaxing, and partying.
St. Lucia is awesome, the people even moreso. We had an absolutely great time.

Beautiful villa!! Great for a private, relaxing and tropical get away. The uphill drive to the villa and manual driveway gate were a bit tedious after a few days, but still worth while!

Prettiest House in the Caribbean!

Villa Kessi is like a southern plantation home except with palm trees! The veranda which encompasses the entire back of the house overlooking the pool is to die for! The warm breezes sweeping across keep you cool while you enjoy the pool table or just rocking gently in the hammock.
The villa is extremely well equipped and the kitchen has everything a gourmet cook would look for and it is spotless. The pool was warm - a pleasant surprise (but does need a little more attention to keep it from going green…). We were a little surprised when we arrived that there was no dishwasher (it had broken the day before arrival) or gas BBQ but our local concierge - Joan attended to that immediately the next day.
All in all - villa was lovely!
Very happy that Andrew addressed our concerns when we arrived. Between he and Joan and Mrs. McNamara - we got a makeshift Dishwasher and a gas grill on our first full day at the villa. They truly went the extra mile for us and it is acknowledged and appreciated. Great to deal with WhereToStay.com on our first experience dealing with this company and we will not hesitate to contact Andrew again for future bookings!

My husband and I stayed at Kessi Villa for seven nights of our honeymoon. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation.
Everything about the villa was incredible, especially the pool where we spent a lot of time! The villa was in a great location (very private). It was close to many beaches and Rodney Bay, where we did our grocery shopping.
The villa was beautiful. It felt like we were in a dream! I would definitely recommend Kessi Villa, and I look forward to visiting again in the future!
