Three large openings allow you to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and to quickly step out and take in the beauty of the ocean beyond. A few short steps will take you to the infinity pool where the water looks as if it is spilling right into the ocean itself. This incredible island home offers plenty of space and all the comforts of home for up to eight guests.

Cayman Villa offers panoramic ocean views from its clifftop perch in Cap Estate. With four king suites and a separate cottage, this vacation rental is perfect for couples.
Classically Caribbean architecture adds a regal touch to the villa. Four columns stand between the deck and infinity pool, and staircases wrap around the exterior. Loungers and a sectional surround the pool, and a dining table and grill sit behind the columns. Below the pool deck, there’s a manicured garden and stone terrace. A staircase on either side of the pool deck leads up to the wraparound balcony, which opens to the lounge. The lounge has several sitting areas and a dining table. The kitchen has an open, sleek design and features stainless steel appliances and wraparound countertops. It’s equipped with a blender, coffeemaker, espresso machine, and a breakfast bar. There’s also a media room with a large flatscreen TV, one row of theatre seats, and an entertainment system.
The Main House holds three well-appointed bedrooms, and the fully self-contained cottage holds the fourth bedroom. The spacious master suite has a four-poster king bed, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a tub. The second bedroom has a king bed and ensuite shower room, and the third has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. All three suites are air-conditioned. The cottage has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and a shower room. The cottage is ideal for in-laws. It is located to the left of the main house and is separated by a foot path. The cottage has a living area and kitchen, complete with a microwave, an electric cooker, and a fridge. It also has its own patio. Cayman Villa is staffed with a gardener, security guard, cook, and housekeeper. The cook and housekeeper come three days a week, so guests can still enjoy their privacy.
Cap Estate is home to two beaches that are popular for water sports and tropical scenery. There’s also a spa and golf course, which are only a 5-minute drive from Cayman Villa.
