Kaya is a luxuriously bohemian villa in Vitet within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This four-bedroom villa enjoys wide-open ocean views and tropical surroundings.

The heated pool is surrounded by loungers, and several staircases lead up to an open-air, wooden deck with lounging furniture and hammocks. Shaded verandas and gazebos around the villa hold gas grills, dining tables, and more seating. Kaya also has an outdoor shower for freshening up between activities. The modern living area is furnished with unique seating and a flatscreen TV. Wide sliding glass doors open to the covered terrace, and a small kitchen and wet bar are adjacent. On the same level, there’s a second, full-service kitchen with a breakfast bar, espresso machine, blender, gas stove, standard appliances, and dining for six guests.

The master bedroom is located below the living room and pool deck, and two of its windows look into the pool. This suite also has a private outdoor deck with a view, an indoor sitting area, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a king bed. Two queen suites are located in a separate unit next to the pool, and another king suite is located behind the kitchen. All four suites have an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and both king suites have satellite TVs. Kaya also includes housekeeping six days a week and full WiFi.

Kaya is near shops and bakeries in Lorient and snorkeling in Marigot. St. Jean is a 10-minute drive away, and offers party spots like Nikki Beach, popular restaurants, and local shopping.
