Golden View is aptly named - the ocean backdrop belongs on a postcard! The villa’s design maximizes the view, from the huge sliding glass doors in the common area to the private balcony off the second bedroom. This villa is in a quiet, residential area above Toiny Bay, so you can kick back and relax all week long.

Golden View sits high above Toiny Bay on the Vitet hillside. Panoramic views of St. Barts, the sunset, and the sea provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation.
The heated infinity pool stretches across the deck, and a glass barrier keeps the view front and center. Shaded and sunlit seating, two outdoor dining tables, and a gas grill furnish the deck. Guests can also take in the view from the small gym below the pool deck, which features a treadmill, an elliptical, and speakers. Golden View’s beautifully manicured lawn is completely fenced in, so children can use the gardens as their tropical playground.
Sliding doors open to the spacious kitchen and living room. The kitchen’s modern design incorporates built-in appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, and expansive countertops; while the living room’s entertainment center offers U.S. satellite, Apple TV, and a Sonos sound system. The first bedroom connects to the living room and has two large, corner windows that face the sea. The second bedroom is on the upper level and has a private balcony with seating. Both bedrooms feature a king bed, Apple TV with U.S. satellite, closets, and ensuite bathrooms. There is also a half bath off the common area.
Golden View includes housekeeping six days a week, and features WiFi and air-conditioning throughout the property. Vitet is largely residential, and Grand Cul de Sac and Lorient’s beaches and attractions are a short drive away. Golden View is ideal for families or couples who want to vacation in a tranquil setting with gorgeous views.
