Agave Azul Villa offers breathtaking ocean views from its perch between Toiny Beach, Petit Cul de Sac, and Grand Cul de Sac. This contemporary villa offers four bedrooms, chic interiors, and modern amenities.

An oversized deck encompasses the pool, outdoor seating, and covered dining. Loungers, dining, and cushioned seating surround each side of the pool. An exterior staircase leads down to the observation deck, where guests can sunbathe on loungers and take in the island view. Sliding glass doors lead into the common room, which encompasses a living area, dining, and a gourmet kitchen. The trendy, modern living area features a flatscreen TV and ocean views, while the kitchen is bordered by barstools and stainless steel appliances. Upstairs, there is a home gym. There is also a barbecue grill out back where guests can prepare al fresco feasts.

Each of the villa’s four bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning. Three of the bedrooms have interior access, but the master also opens to the pool deck. The master has a king bed, flatscreen TV, and a spa-style bathroom. Upstairs, there is a king suite and a children’s suite with two twins. The twins can be made up as a king bed, if desired. The fourth bedroom is located below the main house in an independent cottage with a private terrace, queen bed, and a private bathroom.

Agave Azul Villa overlooks Grand Cul de Sac, but is only 10 minutes from the beach, town, and shops. Housekeeping visits six days a week, except on holidays. Agave Azul also has parking for up to four vehicles, WiFi, and U.S. satellite TV.
