This house is equipped with stylish contemporary furniture matching the island’s tropical location, long dining tables for up to 20 guests, wide and deep sofas, plus modern electronics and Wi-Fi.

The villa’s main floor features a master bedroom, a large living room, and two fully equipped kitchens; one air-conditioned and the other open on the dining area with a high bar. There are two swimming pools as well: one lap pool for the exercise-oriented, 80 feet long; and one family pool with graded access, 40 feet long.

The villa’s top floor offers one master bedroom and two adjacent bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering a sweeping view on the ocean, the pools, and the terraces. Two guest bedrooms are located on each side of that master bedroom; one has private access to a deck overlooking the ocean view, and the other offers a grand view on the Saline pond and the hills beyond.

Down a short, curved stone staircase from the main building, the two guest villas offer separate accommodations for guests or private staff. The first guesthouse features a large outside living room, as well as the fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The second guesthouse offers covered terrace open on the tropical garden plus bedroom and bathroom.

The tropical garden covers two acres and features bougainvilleas, coconut trees, and countless smaller trees and flower-bearing bushes native to the island.
