Unik offers luxury, ocean views, and incredible privacy in the hills of St. Jean. This sumptuous, modern villa features ten spacious suites, making it ideal for large group vacations.
St. Barth’s stunning hillside and inlets stretch across the horizon from Unik’s sunbathed lounging terrace. Furnished with adjustable loungers and side tables, there’s ample space for every guest to relax in the sun. The 20-meter heated pool runs alongside the edge of the terrace and gives a cascading effect from the villa’s elevated perch. In the shade, there are cushioned sofas and armchairs where guests can enjoy the fresh breeze in comfort and style. The impressive al fresco dining space can seat up to sixteen people close to the cocktail bar. There’s also a mosaic-tiled jacuzzi for starlit cocktail hours with a view. Tropical gardens envelop the villa in lush privacy, and the property’s gate code and parking arrangements add exclusivity.
Unik’s contemporary design and amenities are spread across two buildings for maximum spaciousness. The fully air-conditioned living room offers a complete entertainment system with HDTV, BluRay, Dish network, and iPad control. A wall of windows draws the eye to the unparalleled view throughout this space and the adjacent dining area. Up to 20 people can feast at the indoor dining tables. Vaulted ceilings, artistic lighting, and elegant elements create a sense of tranquility and modernity in the common area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wine cellar, stainless steel appliances, a gas oven, a breakfast bar, a Nespresso coffee maker, and more. A professional kitchen is available if guests wish to hire a private chef.
Each of the ten bedrooms offers exterior access, an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, a king bed, HDTV, and ocean or garden views. Seven suites are in the main building, with four on the main level, and three on the lower level. Two of the main level suites are interconnected. The other three bedrooms are in the Cottage, which features a checkerboard kitchen, a plush lounge, and a second infinity pool. Unik also features a home theater and a full gym.
Unik is near Lorient and St. Jean’s gorgeous beaches. Gustavia’s shops and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away, and the airport is only a few minutes’ drive from the villa.
