Phebus Villa offers an eclectic design, a flexible layout, and stunning views of St. Jean Bay. This tranquil retreat orients itself to tropical views and ocean breezes coming in over St. Jean.
Soak up the sunshine and ocean views from Phebus Villa’s heated pool or sunbathed loungers. A manicured lawn and wooden deck with sitting areas are bordered by lush foliage and island greenery. A shaded staircase leads up to the balcony, where guests can lounge, dine, and cook outside on the barbecue grill.
Sliding glass doors open to the open-concept living area, which is furnished with two oversized sofas, plush ottomans, and an entertainment center with a flatscreen TV. Eight guests can feast around the wooden dining table in chic, black rattan chairs. The lime green island leads into the fully equipped kitchen with its stainless steel appliances, massive refrigerator, and gas grill.
The villa unfolds across two levels, with everything facing the sea. On the main level, there is a master suite with a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, a private terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the lower level, there are three bedrooms. Two of the lower level suites have queen beds, exterior access only, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. One of these suites also has a flatscreen TV. The fourth suite acts as a children’s room and offers two twin beds, a flatscreen TV, exterior access only, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Nikki Beach, St. Jean Beach, and a shopping area are all within a short drive or a ten minute walk from Phebus Villa. Gustavia’s restaurants and shops are just a little bit further, so guests can explore all the island’s hot spots whenever they wish.
