This villa’s eclectic, bohemian decor is just as gorgeous and stunning as its panoramic island views. Ixfalia is on one of the highest points on the island, so the view is one of the absolute best in St. Barts. The villa feels super private and tranquil, but is less than 10 minutes from Gouverneur, Gustavia, and St. Jean.
Ixfalia rests at one of the highest points above St. Jean, and enjoys unforgettable ocean views. This four-bedroom villa feels incredibly private, but is still close to restaurants and beaches.
Bohemian luxury permeates through the villa, from the natural tones and materials to the mature palm trees waving overhead. Ixfalia’s open-air living and dining area enjoys shade and trade breezes beneath the veranda, which blends the boundary between the interior and exterior. An elongated, heated, infinity pool stretches across the sundeck amidst cushioned daybeds, sofas, and loungers. A wooden walkway leads down to a lower level lounging deck above the manicured lawn. The villa’s home gym - complete with a Bowflex machine, treadmill, and elliptical - lies in a separate bungalow on the lower level of the property.
Inside the villa, a collection of woven rattan pendant lights adds an artistic touch to the chic interior. All of Ixfalia’s furnishings, decor, and amenities are cloaked in natural tones and exotic finishes, from the driftwood headboards to the bird nest lamps. The living area’s plush sofas surround wooden tables and Moroccan floor cushions, creating a sanctuary for relaxation. A breakfast bar separates the living area from the state of the art kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances and charcoal-hued countertops.
The four queen suites are divided between two buildings. Three suites offer ocean views, while the fourth suite has a garden view. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, exterior access, and air-conditioning. The three main house suites each have an outdoor shower, while the master suite has a soaking tub. The master suite and one main house suite also have flatscreen TVs.
Ixfalia is less than 10 minutes from Gustavia’s downtown center, so guests can easily reach fine dining, the marina, and local boutiques. St. Jean’s beach and nightlife is less than five minutes away in the opposite direction, and Gouverneur’s serene bay is 10 minutes away to the southeast.
