Fun and Sun enjoys a convenient location within walking distance of the beach. This three-bedroom villa in St. Jean offers stunning ocean views, housekeeping six days a week, and an open-concept design.
The vacation rental rests on a hillside above a pond and bird sanctuary, so the views are unbelievable. Guests will love the convenience of the villa’s private parking area within the property’s gate. There is a heated pool with a waterfall in the corner of the terrace, and loungers along the edge of the space. On the lower level, there are more loungers and a cushioned, sunken banquette. The outdoor kitchen offers a grill, and the covered terrace features a dining table that can be fully screened in. On the other side of the living room, there is a second terrace with seating and loungers.
Off the covered terrace, there is an open-air kitchen that can be cooled with the island breeze or closed off and air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas stovetop, and sleek cabinetry. The kitchen connects to the spacious living room, which is furnished with plush seating, an entertainment center, an impressive flatscreen TV, and a separate seating area facing the ocean view. The villa offers two master bedrooms with European king beds, dressing rooms, Smart TVs with Netflix, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The first rests in a separate cottage next to the entryway, while the second is just off the living room. The third suite sit in the back of the house connected to the living room. This suite has a European king bed, a closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a small room in between the living area and the third suite where children or teens can sleep on the pull-out sofa.
Fun and Sun is an ideal villa for couples vacations, with plenty of privacy and space for everyone to relax together or in their own space. St. Jean’s activities and dining can be reached in a short drive, so guests can enjoy a healthy brunch at Kiki E Mo and party the day away at Nikki Beach just a few minutes from home.
