There are several spots around the exterior where guests can sunbathe, relax, and dine al fresco. Spend the afternoon cooling off in the pool, and end the day unwinding in the heated Jacuzzi. Elle’s spacious gazebo stretches across the width of the main house and provides shade to the outdoor kitchen, living area, and dining terrace. There are also swinging chairs, egg chairs, and daybeds around the property where guests can recline with a cup of coffee or a glass of Chardonnay.

The villa’s elegant interior features walls of sliding glass doors, sleek LED lighting, and eclectic decor. In the living room, plush sofas and a live edge table surround the Apple TV and entertainment center. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a formal dining area, and expansive countertops. Elle also offers a fully equipped fitness center stocked with free weights, a workout bench, cardio machines, and a flatscreen SmartTV. There is also a top-of-the-line home theater with a wall-to-wall screen, theater seats, and surround sound. Each of Elle’s bedrooms offers a European king bed, an Apple TV with U.S. satellite, an ensuite bathroom, an outdoor shower, and incredible ocean views. The suites are each located in separate bungalows on either side of the main level.

Elle is only five minutes from Marigot and Lorient’s beautiful beaches. Shops and restaurants can be reached in a short drive, while nightlife and attractions in St. Jean and Gustavia can be reached in a 10-15 minute drive.
