Arawak Villa overlooks the sea and St. Barts’ undulating coastline. Situated on the Pointe Milou hillside above the Christopher Hotel, Arawak enjoys stunning sunset views.
The infinity pool is nestled between panoramic views and a lounging terrace. A gas grill is available outside, and the interior amenities are within reach thanks to the villa’s open-air design. Contemporary materials, bright travertine floors, and island-chic furnishings extend to the outdoor space’s two convertible sofas, which can double as daybeds for lounging and stargazing. The gourmet kitchen connects to the living room and opens to a little patio at the back of the house. The dining area benefits from constant breezes, and docking stations, satellite TV, and WiFi add a modern touch. There are two nearly identical bedrooms are on either side of the living room, with a third bedroom located on the lower level. Each of the three bedrooms has ocean views, a queen bed, his and hers closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Arawak also includes housekeeping six days a week.
Arawak is located five minutes from Lorient Beach and ten minutes from shopping and town. Lorient is a reef-protected beach favored for swimming and relaxing.
