Lagon Rose Villa is a 5-bedroom hillside property in Petit Cul de Sac. This villa is within minutes of the beach and shopping, and enjoys spectacular ocean views.
Tropical gardens surround the two-story lounging terrace. On the lower level, there’s a living area with a BBQ grill, a seating, and an umbrella. On the upper level, there’s an infinity-edge pool and a dining veranda. The veranda lines the pool and bridges the divide between the interior and exterior. The living room and kitchen are just inside, with an open floor plan and eclectic furnishings. A breakfast bar separates the U-shaped kitchen from the living and dining areas, which comfortably seats 9. The living room has French satellite TV, a DVD player, and a stereo. Lagon Rose also has WiFi and complimentary access to the Form Fitness gym and tennis courts.
Each of the five air-conditioned bedrooms has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, and both open to private terraces. The third bedroom is located off the pool terrace, just 10 steps up from the fourth bedroom. The fifth bedroom is located on the lower level, separate from the rest of the house. Lagon Rose Villa comes with housekeeping six days a week.
Lagon Rose is two minutes from Petit Cul de Sac Beach, but guests can also walk for a longer stroll. The villa is only 10-15 minutes from town.
