Villa Nocean, is a contemporary 2-bedroom villa located in Mont Jean. This villa lies within a gated community, and enjoys gorgeous sea views.
A deck with loungers frames the private pool, which faces the ocean view. The focal point is the infinity pool, which divides the outdoor living area into separate spaces. The partially open pavilion is on the far side of the deck, and can serve as a dining area. Sliding glass doors partially protect the area from wind or rain. The outdoor living room also features glass sliding doors, and lies on the opposite side of the deck.
An indoor dining room seats 6 and opens to the terrace. The cozy indoor living room is open to the kitchen and pool terrace, with plush couches and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen has a pass-through window perfect for outdoor entertaining, and is fully equipped.
The first bedroom is located just off the living room, with ocean views, a separate hallway bathroom, and twin beds, which can be pushed together to make a king-size bed. The second bedroom is situated in a separate bungalow and is slightly larger than the first. It features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and partial views.
The villa is a short drive away from Lorient Beach, and 5-7 minutes from dining and shopping.
