Situated on a hillside in Lurin, this villa enjoys some of the best ocean views possible, so don’t be surprised if you find yourself gazing out to sea for hours on end. The villa itself is nicely furnished in a contemporary style, and the 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms make it ideal for couples or families with older children. Ti Moun can also be rented as a 3-bedroom villa, with additional space for another adult. The villa has a large terrace with a pool overlooking the sea, and you will love the absolute peace and quiet that you will find here.

Villa Ti Moun is a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa that has recently been renovated using the finest materials. Set on the top of a Lurin hillside, Ti Moun offers terrific views over Gustavia, St. Martin, and the sunset.
The villa is composed of a spacious indoor living area, a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, and a comfortable dining area.
The two king-size bedrooms are equal in size and style, each with its en-suite bathroom. Both open onto a private terrace facing the view, and both come with beds that can be converted into a king or two twins.
The outdoor covered living room is furnished with large rattan sofas and chairs and overlooks the ocean and Gustavia harbor.
The pool terrace is well-exposed to the sun, and also offers a great view over the ocean. It is the ideal location for relaxing and enjoying the sun all day long.
This villa is very private - a perfect getaway for two couples or a family with teenagers.
