Pajoma is great because it’s private, the bedrooms are well-sized, and the great room is really well designed. The third bedroom has its own terrace, which is perfect for a master suite, and the living/dining/cooking area is all very open and accessible. I’m also a fan of the pass-through window in the kitchen that makes al fresco feasts all too easy.
Villa Pajoma is located in Lurin, close to Gustavia’s dining and shopping, and just a short drive to some of the island’s best beaches.
The expansive pool deck is set amidst the tropical gardens and with a view of the sea. Chaises flank the pool on either side, and the sitting area at the foot of the pool has a long sectional sofa and small tables perfect for extra relaxing space. The covered
living area has board games and ample seating, while the adjacent dining area is perfect for al fresco dining with a view.
The indoor living areas are breezy and comfortable, starting with the living room. The living area blends with the outdoor living area, the dining nook, and the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a spacious island with a gas range stove, modern appliances, and a pass-through window to the outdoor dining area.
The 3 bedrooms each have king beds and ensuite baths. The two pool level bedrooms are identical, each with access to the deck and a separate entry from the parking area. The spacious third bedroom is on the lower level, and has its own terrace with a view of St. Jean Bay, a sitting area, and regal decor.
This villa is ideal for a group of traveling friends or a family with adult children.
