Edunia overlooks St. Barts’ rolling hills and turquoise sea from its elevated perch above Gustavia. This four-bedroom beauty was named after a project by Eduardo Kac, an American contemporary artist whose work can be seen throughout the villa.

The villa’s two-story design provides ample space for a big family or couples vacationing together. An infinity-edge lap pool extends across the horizon next to the main patio. The patio is furnished with a dining table, seating, and loungers that each have a uniquely modern design. Across the living area, there’s a small garden space with more seating and a grill. The living area opens to the patio and the garden, but can also be closed off and air-conditioned. A flatscreen TV with U.S. satellite, Apple features, and a stereo outfit the entertainment center. The adjacent kitchen features sleek appliances, a breakfast bar, and a hidden prep area. Three bedrooms are on either side of the pool, and the fourth bedroom enjoys private access and parking on the lower level. All four bedrooms have two twins that can be made up as kings, dressing areas, and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Daily housekeeping, WiFi, and bluetooth features round out Edunia’s modern amenities.

Edunia is minutes away from Gustavia, St. Barts’ bustling city center. Gustavia is home to several restaurants, activities, and local businesses where guests can get a taste of island life.
