Blue Swan is an extremely private villa on the Lurin hillside, just a few minutes from Gustavia and the beach. The villa’s view not only includes the two closest beaches, Gouverneur and Shell, but also the islands of St. Marten and Saba.
The outdoor area has a large deck, and an infinity pool with a bar overlooking the ocean and a gazebo. The infinity pool is the villa’s focal point—it faces the ocean view and is surrounded on three sides by the spacious pool deck. Loungers on all sides provide ample space to sunbathe, and guests can swim right up to the wet bar for an afternoon drink. Nap or read in the hammock, and dine al fresco on the dining patio. Guests can also dine at the breakfast bar under the portico thanks to the kitchen’s pass-through window. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and an indoor bar. Thanks to the open floor plan, the kitchen shares space with the living room. The living room has satellite TV, DVD player, and a docking station.
The master bedroom is located in the main building on the entry level, with a king-sized bed, ensuite bath, TV, and ocean view. The lower level holds the second bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed, TV, ensuite bath, and garden view. The final two bedrooms are in their own bungalow, near the pool. Each of these bedrooms has a queen-sized bed, ensuite bath, TV, and ocean view.
Gouverneur Beach is just a short walk away, and Gustavia’s dining and shopping is just a 5-minute drive away. This villa is ideal for families and couples alike.
