This newly built villa directly on the beach at Lorient is sure to become one of the most popular vacation rentals on the island. It’s perfect for beach goers and young children alike.

Villa Sandra & Jessica offers guests a combination of quality furnishings, privacy and location that makes it a great alternative to a hotel stay.
The main attraction of the villa is the sunny, stone-tiled terrace, bordered by hibiscus, bougainvillea and palms. A gazebo shades the outdoor dining spot that seats 6. Numerous loungers surround the deck, one of the island’s most picturesque beaches is just beyond, behind a white picket fence.
The villa’s interior is designed for comfort and efficiency, with an open kitchen providing quality Bosch appliances and Corian countertops. The indoor dining table is attached to the kitchen countertop, and seats 5. The living area features an L-shaped couch, beanbag chair, and guest bath.
Villa Sandra & Jessica’s two bedrooms are situated on either side of the living room, one with a sea view and one with a garden view. Both are fully air conditioned, and each has an ensuite bath and king-size bed.
The calm waters of Lorient are perfect for swimming and snorkeling, and one St. Barth’s best-known surfing spots is down the beach to the west.

Great villa on the beach
Sandra and Jessica Villa, St. Barts villa review
Beautiful place! Well stocked, clean and secure. The owners were great to let us postpone our trip for 2 years due to Covid. The outside lounge chairs would be much more comfortable with cushions, but the beach was clean and easy to walk in and out of. We’ve stayed on the island before in hotels and houses up above St. Jean beach, but love this location because the water is calm and right outside the villa. The concierge, Ugo, was great! He gave us dinner recommendations, got reservations for us and was a great source for island info.
Shawna was wonderful; helping us through the Covid requirements, rental car reservations, grocery list and island info.

Sandra and Jessica Villa, St. Barts villa review
Really well located villa. I loved pottering along to shop and bake. Beach was great, very good outside furniture and eating places - not quite enough space to watch tv. Mattress was very hard and the master bed was squeaky! Great house keeper and super helpful concierge. Loved it - will definitely book again.
Working with Shawna was perfect.
