Outdoor dining and a BBQ grill are available for al fresco feasts. Daybeds, loungers, and sectionals are placed throughout the sundeck so guests can lounge in the sun or shade. Guests can also workout with the air-conditioned gym’s treadmill, elliptical, step machine, and weights. The villa’s integrated floor plan creates an open atmosphere, and quirky lighting and vibrant decor enhances the villa’s modern design. The living room is outfitted with large white sofas, ocean views, and an entertainment system with a flatscreen TV, DVD player, stereo, U.S. satellite channels, and AppleTV. The gourmet kitchen has everything guests could need, including a blender, a coffee maker, an icemaker, a juicer, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster. WiFi and surround sound run throughout the house, and the villa also has its own wine cellar.

Palm Springs Villa has five air-conditioned bedrooms spread across three levels. Each bedroom has exterior access and opens to ocean views. On the main level, there’s a master suite with an ensuite bathroom, U.S. satellite TV, and his & hers dressing areas. The second suite is in a separate bungalow on the main level and has a European king bed, a dressing area, U.S. satellite TV, and an ensuite bathroom.
