ANA Villa is a nicely furnished private villa located just minutes from Gustavia and Gouverneur Beach. With its unique French/Mediterranean panache, you will find yourself in a stylish and cozy villa that has everything you need for a great St. Barts vacation. The main house has two bedrooms with en-suite baths, while the third bedroom is in a detached bungalow that comes with a living room and small kitchenette. The main house also has a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, and you can enjoy your meals indoors or out on the terrace. A refreshing swimming pool and several tropical gardens complete the outside living areas, and the island and water views are great from here.

With French and Mediterranean influences, ANA Villa provides a calming escape for guests. A mere five-minute drive from the tropical garden at the entrance takes guests to Gustavia or Gouverneur Beach. Two bedrooms of equal size with private baths share a second tropical garden. A separate bungalow houses a third bedroom with a small living room and kitchenette. A single level, tiled terrace connecting the bedrooms, pool, and living area provides covered and uncovered dining, as well as places to sunbathe or relax in the shade. An additional tropical garden is located below the pool. The neighboring islands of Saba, Statia, St. Kitts, and Nevis can be clearly seen from the terrace and pool area, where colorful sunsets paint the western skies throughout the winter.
