Habitation Saint Louis Villa is located hillside in Corossol with harbor and sunset views. The villa is built on two levels and has private access to the beach.
The sun deck has several places to sit back and relax, including loungers and a daybed. Guests can splash around in the swimming pool, or follow a private path down to the beach and village. Two flights of stairs on either side of the sun deck lead to the upper terrace, which holds the gas BBQ grill and exterior living and dining areas. This area opens to the interior living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic appliances, an espresso machine, juicer, blender, and ice machine. Start the day off by greeting the sea from the balcony, with a steaming cup of espresso in hand. The living room has Indonesian style furniture, terrace access, and an entertainment system made up of a TV, a DVD player, and a sound system.
This level also holds two of the bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and access to the sun deck. One bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king, and the other has a queen-sized bed. On the upper level, there are two king suites that each have an ensuite bathroom, entertainment system, and a private terrace that faces the sea. All four of the bedrooms have air-conditioning, mosquito netting, a ceiling fan, and safe. The fifth bedroom, Petit Saint Louis, acts as its own independent bungalow with a king suite, private bathroom, kitchenette, and living area. During the holiday season, Habitation Saint Louis must be rented at its full five-bedroom capacity.
Gustavia is less than 5 minutes from the villa, so guests can shop, dine, and explore the island’s major city with ease. A private path next to the sun deck takes guests to Corossol, a lovely beach that’s home to a historic fishing village.
