Esprit de Roche is a luxurious, three-bedroom villa on the Colombier hillside. Gorgeous sunsets, three master suites, and modern amenities make this villa perfect for couples.
An infinity-edge lap pool sits on the lowest level overlooking the sea. Loungers furnish the bordering deck, and a circular dining table partial shade on the adjacent lawn. Exterior staircases lead up to the covered balcony and sundeck, where guests can relax on cushioned sectionals, dine al fresco, or grill on the stainless steel barbecue. Sliding glass doors frame the ocean view and open to the spacious interior. All-white decor, a seamless floor plan, and an emphasis on natural light are evident throughout the living room and kitchen. The living room opens onto the balcony on three sides. Stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and a gas range outfit the adjacent kitchen. Esprit de Roche has three bedrooms spread across three levels, and each has a king bed, private balcony, en suite bathroom. The upper and lower suites can be accessed from exterior staircases, while the main level suite opens to the interior living area.
Colombier is home to several restaurants, bars, and a bakery. St. Jean’s activities, dining, and attractions are a short drive away, and there are several beaches within easy reach.
