Overlooking the Caribbean Sea, Byzance Villa in Colombier is the ideal getaway for one or two couples. Outside, there is an expansive terrace and deck overlooking the water and islands, and there is plenty of room and furniture for lounging or dining alfresco. An infinity pool completes the deck area and is great for cooling off. You can also take a hike down to the beach; you’ll work up a sweat on the way, so the water will feel great! The beach, groceries, and restaurants are just 10 minutes away.
Unique Ocean Views
Byzance Villa is situated at the far end of Colombier, and has panoramic ocean views. The beach and shopping are minutes away.
The villa utilizes large, arched windows in every room to blend the line between the villa’s interior and the wooden deck. The pool faces the sea and there are daybeds and lounging chaises nearby. There’s a path leading down to a private patio with seating perfect for watching the sunset over the sea. The living room faces the view and has luxe seating. The kitchen is in a separate pod and fully equipped with sleek countertops, necessary appliances, and a dining table. Each bedroom has plenty of privacy, with king-sized beds, flat screen TVs, air-conditioning, and ensuite baths. They are located on either side of the kitchen and living area, and have ocean views.
Colombier Beach is within walking distance, but requires a bit of hiking. Driving is easier and only takes a short trip. The villa is in a quiet part of the island.
