This villa is truly unique because the interior only consists of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Both living rooms and dining areas are open-air, favoring ocean breezes and the horizon over air-conditioning and walls. The 28-meter infinity pool stretches the length of a wide deck with lounging chaises positioned to revel in the ocean view. A gazebo at the head of the pool shades an expansive outdoor living area, which has seating for 20 guests. There are several dining nooks on the terrace, and an additional outdoor living area under the spacious lanai. The breezy living room features a bar and powder room, so guests can easily congregate together for afternoon cocktails or an evening film. Between the wine cooler and outdoor grill, guests can enjoy the quintessential island feast with a view from any sitting area.
The terrace blends with the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a large center island and modern appliances. A nearby breakfast nook, coffee area, and formal dining room round out the dining options. Each bedroom lies in its own separate, air-conditioned cottage with a private terrace, so guests can relax in complete privacy without sacrificing contemporary design. The generous master bedroom has a king-sized bed, oversized ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a large dressing area with a mini-fridge. The second suite off the pool has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a dressing area. The third suite, in a cottage next to Suite 2, also has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, a dressing area, and a mini fridge. The final suite can be found in a cottage next to Suite 3, with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a dressing area.
