Villa is in a great location overlooking a bay. Beautiful sunrise with your morning coffee. Very clean and ready for our stay. The Villa interior and exterior layout is great.
From the start, Betsy kept in contact with us and everything was fully documented and clarified via email or a phone call as we moved toward selecting the property. All of our questions were answered prior to and during our stay.
Just wanted to mention as a positive, we had a minor problem and service was sent quickly to take care of it. Overall, an excellent vacation.

Southern Breeze, St. John villa review
Everything was exactly as posted in pictures and more! It was so exciting walking into the villa and seeing all the light, brightness and views of the water. The bedrooms were large, bright and comfy and I loved the outdoor showers! The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed eating outside on the deck with light breezes and gorgeous views. All 5 of us enjoyed the pool in the morning and after a day at the beach. Abby, the greeter was a delight and there was special treats for us when we arrived. It was just the right distance from Cruz Bay and the beaches and felt private, like your own little get away. We had a fantastic time at the villa, a great experience working with Betsy at Where To Stay. We would recommend this to others.
Betsy at Where To Stay was the best. She was so friendly and great to work with. I enjoyed the recommendations she made and felt everything was thought out, organized and ready for us to just show up and enjoy! Highly recommend Betsy and Where to Stay.

Beautiful house

The house was perfect for our group of four couples. We used the pool every day. The kitchen and grill were great, and we ate our dinners at night outside on the covered porch. Wonderful stay.
Very good. They kept us updated, and we had no issues.

Southern Breeze, St. John villa review
Southern Breeze perfectly met the needs of our group of 5 friends celebrating our 50th Birthdays and helped make our stay in St. John the relaxating reunion we imagined. The views of Fish Bay were gorgeous and will be etched in our memories for a long time. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived and woke rested each day after a good nights sleep in comfortable beds.
We used kitchen, the balcony table and enjoyed the pool when hanging out.
All appliances worked great, and the pool was well maintained. Having laundry on site was a huge plus. Helpful to have beach chairs and a cooler A vehicle was needed for the short drive to Cruz Bay and to get to the beaches. Although we could have just stayed at the Villa and had a wonderful experience too. Only wish we could have stayed even longer.
Can’t imagine orgainzing our St. John Vacation without WhereTo Stay and Betsy. From the first inquiry every step of our trip was guided by the information and recommendations we received. This included not just choosing our Villa, but booking our Jeep Rental, airport transportation, concierge groceries, finding restaurants and shopping. They provided travel/COVID info, Maps and Island Guides I would definitely recommend WhereToStay to friends and use them again for my next St. John get away.

Southern Breeze, St. John villa review
We were blown away by Southern Breeze. The villa was absolutely stunning, and we had everything we needed in terms of amenities. HUGE fan of the outdoor showers!
The location was easy to find, but far enough away from town that everything felt incredibly private. We had a lovely experience being greeted by the property manager. When we arrived, we had a surprise waiting for us - the owners had graciously filled the fridge with goodies including coffee, snacks and a few beverages. Such a lovely and thoughtful touch!
We took full advantage of the pool and were grateful to have access to the beach chairs and coolers. The photos of the view simply don’t do justice! We enjoyed sunrise and sunset every day.
We’d love to return in the future and highly recommend other to stay in this beautiful villa.
Shawna was fantastic to work with! Extremely responsive and really appreciated all her insights shared ahead of time, especially with all the COVID travel information. Very grateful to have worked with her!

We had the pleasure of staying in Southern Breeze for 9 nights at the end of April and cannot say enough good things about this place. Clean, comfortable, beautiful views of fish bay and rainbows ,great pool and everything you need during the stay. Every room had comfortable beds except for 1 room on the lower level which we got stuck with, by the end of the week was seriously contemplating a lawn chair. That was the only negative during the whole trip. Would highly recommend
Betsy and WhereToStay where excellent. Communication was great, follow up was great, answered all questions and made it extremely easy. Would highly recommend

Southern Breeze exceeded our expectations

The pictures of Southern Breeze do not do it justice. The villa was absolutely beautiful. There was more than enough space for our family of 8. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. We have stayed at many villas in St. John and this was one of our favorites. I would highly recommend it.
Shawna was great. She kept us well-informed and up to date on everything we needed to know. She was very easy to work with.

Southern Breeze was a great property for our group of 8 (4 adults + 4 kids). Everything was as advertised on the site and the property mgmt team was easy and great to work with. Would stay again.
