Best of all, Cinnamon Bay and Trunk Bay are in either direction, so you can snorkel and swim at three of the island’s most beloved beaches.

2B at Peter Bay Beach Villa perches hillside above a sandy cove within the Virgin Islands National Park. This four-bedroom villa enjoys stunning design inside and out, with ocean views that can’t be beat.
The villa’s expansive gallery is furnished with a wrought iron dining table and cushioned rattan seating, so guests can relax in the shade by the sea. An outdoor kitchen with an ice maker, a wine fridge, and a built-in stainless gas grill sits nearby for al fresco feasts and cocktail hours. Sunbathers will love the freeform swimming pool and lounging deck a few steps below the gallery. Bougainvillea and palm fronds waving in the wind create a more intimate atmosphere. An elegant, stone staircase winds through the villa’s gardens to the white sandy beach. Guests can lounge in one of the shaded sitting areas just above the water, or soak in the hot tub and watch the waves.
Manicured gardens line the driveway, and breathtaking views fill the villa from the front door. A series of arched, glass doors allows guests to enjoy the villa’s central air-conditioning without sacrificing the tropical scenery, and high vaulted ceilings create a sense of airiness. The living room’s plush furnishings revolve around the armoire’s entertainment system, and the adjacent dining area faces tropical artwork and the ocean view. 2B at Peter Bay Villa has a French countryside-inspired kitchen with top of the line appliances, two farmhouse sinks, and a large central island. The kitchen’s two refrigerators, two ice machines, and ample storage easily accommodates a large party.
There are two queen suites on either side of the upper level with private balconies, oversized bathrooms, and easy access to the kitchen. The lower terrace suite also has a queen bed, oversized bathroom, and a private balcony. Downstairs, the spacious, semicircular master suite offers a walk in closet, his and her vanities, and ocean views. 2B at Peter Bay Villa provides full air-conditioning, WiFi, and two washers and dryers for guests’ ultimate comfort.
2B at Peter Bay Villa is a short drive in either direction from two of the most popular beaches on St. John: Cinnamon Bay and Trunk Bay. Cinnamon Bay has windsurfers, kayaks, mountain bikes, and snorkel gear for rent, along with a snack shop and changing facilities. Trunk Bay offers 650 feet of snorkeling trails, a snack bar, and changing facilities.

Best Family Vacation Ever!
2B at Peter Bay Villa, St. John villa review
My husband and our kiddos had a wonderful vacation at 2B Peter Bay. 2B Peter Bay is a gorgeous villa, everything was clean, the furniture was up to date; all around beautiful villa. The beach is right in the backyard with a beautiful stoned, concreted pathway directly to it. We rented kayaks and snorkel gear for the week, and paddled to Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay beaches for snorkeling. The property manager, Jarred, was 5 star service. I ordered groceries prior to our stay, and Jarred made sure we have everything we needed there when we got there. We were reluctant in using a taxi vs renting a car, but we are so glad we used the taxi service Sharon Masters recommended. Sharon made me aware about how they vet every one they recommended from taxi service to boat charters . We used star fish taxi service and had no regrets. They made sure we had the same driver picking us up, and dropping us off. Ferguson was the best! This was the best vacation we have ever had! Words can not describe how beautiful this villa and its beaches are . 2B Peter Bay at St. John Island was wonderful!! Thank you for making our family vacation one that will be remembered for a life time.
Andrew was great, he made sure I had booked everything in advance to ensure that we were able to do everything we planned.

This is our second trip to St. John and Cinnamon Bay. We shared this beautiful house with my sister’s family. We had a fantastic time!
The house was more beautiful than the pictures showed. I highly recommend this house to anyone who desires the top accommodations and immediate access to a private beach.

We’ve vacationed at 2B Peter Bay several times. It is always a great experience - and a very relaxing vacation.
The views from the living area, bedrooms, and hot tub are unbelievable. You can lie on the beautiful white sandy beach, snorkel, swim in the pool, or soak in the hot tub without ever leaving!
The pick up service from the ferry makes it easy to find your way around for your first visit. We consider 2B Peter Bay our home away from home.
