Located just 10 minutes from Cruz Bay, Latitude 15A Villa on Klein Bay has some of the best views on the island! Ideal for families or couples traveling together, this is the perfect holiday home for those who are looking for a private tropical escape. Light and open, the home overlooks the Caribbean Sea with breathtaking views that can be enjoyed from inside or out. The spacious deck includes a swimming pool, hot tub, and lounge area perfect for relaxing in the sun. A short walk will take you right to one of St. John’s beaches that is known for its exceptional snorkeling.

Latitude 15A Villa is a spacious island home with superb views of Rendezvous Bay and Dittlif Point. This upscale, 3-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home is located on the south side of St. John, directly above Klein Bay. The villa is 10 minutes from Cruz Bay, and is just a few short minute’s walk to a secluded cobble beach known for its snorkeling.
Custom mahogany built-in furniture and cabinets, granite countertops, native stonework, and other architectural details reflect the quality and style that was used to design this elegant home. Latitude 15A Villa’s efficient layout allows for easy conversations and movement between the pool deck, covered outdoor areas, and the Great Room (which includes the indoor/outdoor living, dining, and kitchen areas). The Great Room is appropriate for formal entertaining or simple, casual living. The dining table seats 8 and enjoys sea views.
All 3 private bedrooms have ensuite baths, air-conditioning, and numerous windows with island/sea views. All three en-suite baths have double sink vanities, walk-in showers, and double mahogany closets. The king-sized Master Suite is breezy with a view of Klein Bay which can be enjoyed directly from the bed. The Master’s large shower has two showerheads and it even has a view. A second queen bedroom is west of the pool and the outdoor dining area. The third bedroom, a king (or twins), is on the second floor above the second bedroom. This upstairs bedroom has its own circular deck area.
The open-air gazebo is a relaxing area where you can enjoy total privacy both day and night. The tropical views from the gazebo bring one back to nature.
Just a short one-minute walk takes guests to the secluded cobble beach below on either side of the protected bay where the rocks and coral reefs harbor a colorful and diverse community of fish. As you move between the reefs and the sea grass, even beginners are likely to see turtles, rays, and squid.

We loved this villa and we WILL be back. It was the perfect fit for 3 couples, allowing ample privacy and gathering spaces. The proximity to Cruz Bay and the short walk down to the water are also huge benefits of this villa.

True Paradise

You can not beat the spectacular view from Latitude Villa 15A. The house is well appointed and when you arrive you will find everything in order and ready for your stay. We spent hours by the pool reading, relaxing and enjoying a refreshing swim. Hope we can return some day.
WhereToStay was great in helping us make our arrival plans. Everything went smoothly which make s a long day of travel a positive experience.

Take all of the leg work out of your trip planning to beautiful St John by booking with WhereToStay. Not only do they have top notch personalized service, but also the best accommodations to choose from. Latitude Villa suited us best for our 25th anniversary and will return again to share with others. The views are such that leave your jaw in dropped position. There is a lot of personal space for more than two couples and away from your personal space is a great common area for lounging, preparing meals and dining. Groceries were in the refrigerator upon arrival, A/C works extremely well, and not to worry if power goes out on the island as there is a generator that picks up if that happens. Short walk to unique beaches and almost no need to leave the villa. Best trip ever!
The experience working with WhereToStay.Com and Shawna exceeded expectations. We have traveled the world and the execution of this particular trip to St John was smooth and flawless.

Perfect Villa. Only two of us… we plan to return with friends next time! (we stayed in the ‘master’, but all three rooms are outstanding). Pretty ideal location (we wanted to be away ‘from town’ - but not too far). Everything we needed. B/L: We had a great time, looking to return!

This was our 3rd year staying at Latitude after trying three other properties on St. John, and this is hands down our favorite villa. It’s location, layout, and amenities make it the best. We love the the privacy of this villa, and it’s views are simply incredible! All the amenities are top notch, and the A/C works great in every room. There’s amazing views and breezes! The pool and hot tub are ideal and worked perfectly for our entire two-week stay. The gardens and landscaping are gorgeous. We especially loved the 60-second walk down to the beach, which is very private and has excellent snorkeling - just as good as Trunk Bay and other North Shore spots!
Our experience working with WhereToStay was excellent! Pickup, drop off, and service calls all went very smoothly. We had no issues.

Outstanding!! This was the best vacation ever, everything in the villa was amazing. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to working with WhereToStay in the future. The pool, hot tub and sound system made my 7 days in paradise the greatest experience ever. The landscaping and ocean views were better than advertised, I would recommend Latitude Villa to anyone looking for a reasonably priced vacation villa.
Our service from WhereToStay was excellent, Sharon provided the support and experience to make our vacation amazing. Great job Sharon! The company website provided excellent tracking, and having everything set up at the villa before our arrival made the transition seamless.

Just returned from St. John. Our first trip and we loved every day we were there. Latitude Villa was perfect. View was breathtaking. Accommodations were first class. Quiet, peaceful. Just the right distance from town. Sleeps 6 easily.

Beautiful view and location

This was our eight stay in St John so we have many villas to compare Latitude with.
It is in a great location, easy access to Cruz Bay and a short drive to North Shore beaches. Beautiful views from the pool, main house bedroom and upper bedroom. Loved the pool and spa. Quiet and private.
Kitchen was well appointed, cookware, serving pieces, blender, coffee pots were all nice. Beds were very comfortable. Having AC in the living area was a big luxury compared to many villas we’ve stay at that didn’t have it. It worked well and was nice after a hot July day at the beach. Two washers and dryers were helpful. The staff leaves leftover supplies which was nice.The landscaping was gorgeous!
A few things that would make the stay even nicer would be a way to listen to music around the pool. An outdoor ceiling fans would be really nice. Two more chaise loungers by the pool. A throw blanket for the couch because AC worked so well!!
We had a wonderful week at Latitude and would definitely stay there again.
We loved working with WheretoStay. We have used them before and will again!! The arrival/departure email was so helpful and thorough. Betsy and Sharon were very quick to respond to emails.
