St John’s Las Brisas Caribe Villa is tropical Caribbean architecture at its best! What could be better than waking up with the sea right outside your bedroom door? Every bedroom has access to the covered patio so you can slip right out of bed and onto the deck for your morning coffee. Each bedroom also has a private outdoor shower that may offer a once-in-a-lifetime experience for many guests. With golf and tennis both nearby, this villa is ideal for couples or families who are active in sports. All of the communal areas enjoy sea views, and the living space has native stone walls that will keep you cool on the hottest of days.

Representing a blend of classic Caribbean architecture and modern style, Las Brisas Caribe is a south-facing 4-bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom home in the heart of St. John.
Las Brisas includes such features as a swimming pool with waterfall, a gourmet kitchen, a “crow’s nest” sunset gazebo, air-conditioning, cable TV/DVD players throughout, tropical landscaping, and great views from all rooms of the house.
The villa is built on 4 levels with the pool, stone gazebo, pool deck, and a guest bedroom located on the lower level guest cottage. The kitchen, dining room, living areas, decks and patios, and two guest bedrooms are on the main level in adjacent cottages. The 1/2 - bath (located off of the kitchen) is quickly accessed from the patio. The master bedroom and covered balcony are on the 3rd level and the crow’s nest is on the 4th level.
This handsome design incorporates tiled roofs, beamed cathedral ceilings, private covered verandah supported by 12-foot Doric columns, stone walls, tiled floors, and mahogany French doors that open to antique brick patios. Las Brisas has sun in every room and is cooled with the aid of air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and Caribbean breezes. The gazebo and decks also provide cool, shady places to enjoy the views.
The Great Room is a classic statement of Caribbean design with decorative native stonework, mahogany French doors, a towering cathedral ceiling, ceiling fans, and comfortable tropical furnishings. The entertainment center includes cable TV, a DVD player, and sound system.
The kitchen includes a 6-burner Viking gas range, Jenn Air refrigerator, granite countertops, handsome mahogany cabinets, along with cookware and dinnerware. The formal dining room seats 8 in style, while alfresco dining on the veranda seats 6, directly outside the interior formal dining room.
The master bedroom suite includes a 4-poster hand carved king bed, a complete entertainment center, and a tiled bath with an antique bathtub and an open air shower.
Two guest bedroom suites have 4 poster queen beds and covered balconies. The fourth bedroom suite, in a separate building, opens onto the pool terrace, and has 2 twin beds that convert to a king.
All bedrooms include air-conditioning, cable TV, DVD players, CD players, ceiling fans, walk-in closets, ensuite tile baths, open-air showers, and louvered mahogany French doors that open to private balconies with sunset views. Please note that all bedrooms have outside access only.
