Villa Manolo is a modern chic and stylish villa occupying a superb beachside location on Marbella’s much vaunted Golden Mile.
Villa Manolo is located a short distance from the sea, Marbella Club and Marbella downtown.
The interior of the villa is contemporary, with tall ceilings creating an airy feel. The finishings feature hardwood floors, kitchen granite and bespoke cabinetry. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area, plus a bedroom suite are located on the ground floor. Two bedroom suites are on the upper level while the basement contains a television area, a small fitness area and a fourth bedroom that comprises of bunk beds for children. The bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as air conditioning.
The external area is compact but contains space for al fresco dining, swinging in the hammock, swimming in the pool or using the outdoor Jacuzzi.
