Consisting of 3 separate buildings with a total of 8 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, this property has 2 fully equipped kitchens, extremely generous living space and is set within beautiful and well maintained tropical gardens. The typical Ibizan architecture is combined with Moroccan elements that make it a truly charming property.
The main house boasts an open plan living area and a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen next to the dining area. The Pool House also has a spacious living area and chill out space, with a music system, fridge, and bathroom facilities, while the separate guest house also has a living area and kitchen.
The extensive outdoor area includes several terraces on 2 levels, a large 16m x 5m swimming pool with diving board, barbecue, fish pond and several chill out areas enabling guests to totally relax.
Through the garden gate is the coastal path with steps down to the sea. The beaches of Cala Pada and Niu Blau are just a short walk along the coast where you will find a choice of bars and restaurants.
