Set upon a sun-drenched 40,000 m2 plot, the villa boasts direct sea views of Porto Cristo and is enveloped by expansive lawns, Mediterranean flora, palm trees, and fruit-bearing trees. Outdoor amenities include a large pool (12m x 6m) ideal for a refreshing dip, three yoga areas, and a complimentary chipping/putting green for golf enthusiasts.

| Additional | A refundable security deposit from 5000 EUR will be required. Pool Heating - an additional cost from €60 per day to be added to the price. This flat rate is also charged for the desired pre-heating. This lasts 24 to 96 hours depending on the outside and (desired) water temperature. For a late check-in (20:00 to 24:00) a fee from 80 € will be charged. Event Fees - Depending on the number of guests and the duration of the reservation, an event fee from 1,500 - 5,000 euros will be charged in addition + to any costs for additional toilets etc. The exact amount on request. Max number of additional guests is 50. Pets can stay, but only on request - An extra cleaning charge from 150 euros will be charged. Own chef - Price on request. Breakfast - On request 35€/hour.
