The fully equipped Italian marble-topped kitchen is fitted with Gaggenau and Miele appliances, including a Gaggenau wine cellar. There is also a guest bathroom, complete with a modern electronic shower, Grohe WC, and a separate utility room with Miele appliances. The master suite opens onto a beautiful and spacious partly covered roof terrace with stunning sea views. The gardens feature lemon and pomegranate trees, as well as a lush lawn. The weekly price includes change of sheets and towels twice a week and 4 hours of cleaning 5 days a week. Garden maintenance and usual maintenance costs are also included.
