Designed with spacious, gallery-style cubes and surrounded by lush trees, the villa offers a private oasis with expansive ocean vistas, providing respite from the summer heat.
Originally a boutique hotel, The Avenues underwent a two-year renovation led by Belgian partners Jan and Marc, transforming it into an exclusive-use villa ideal for intimate family gatherings or special celebrations for up to sixteen guests. The villa’s architecture features a distinctive three-story wing housing eight large ensuite rooms, each offering privacy and luxury amidst panoramic views.
The Avenues epitomizes luxury living with two swimming pools, ensuring ample space for relaxation and recreation. Guests are attended to by an on-site housekeeper, butler, and chef, ensuring a seamless and indulgent experience. The villa boasts off-street parking for up to eight vehicles and can arrange transportation services as needed, allowing guests to explore the vibrant local area or nearby attractions.
