Barbados’ historic Atlantis Hotel on the island’s east coast will reopen by Christmas, following a massive renovation and conversion into a 10-suite hotel.
Year-round rates start at $250 per suite, per night. Breakfast is included.
The property, which started life as a grand private house in 1883, was purchased in 2008 by the owners of the Little Good Harbour boutique resort and Fish Pot restaurant on the northwest coast.
The Atlantis restaurant also will reopen and will continue to feature its famous Sunday brunch and ABC (all-Bajan cuisine) menu.
The restaurant will feature new outdoor seating overlooking the Atlantic as well as indoor seating for 120.
