Located within walking distance of St Remy-de-Provence, Mas du Soleil, a former expansive farm, has undergone a transformation into a 600m² luxurious mas. Impeccably decorated in a chic contemporary Provencal style, the spacious rooms emanate an understated elegance, flooded with natural light through fair-sized windows.
Overlooking a well-maintained garden, the mas showcases a heated 15.5 x 4.5m pool and a boules court. Beyond the boundaries, scenic views of Les Alpilles add to the enchantment. The immense summer lounge, with its 6m high ceiling, features a fully equipped kitchen, American fridge/freezer, range, gas BBQ, plancha, and dishwasher. A magnificent dining table seating twenty-four, a Provencal fireplace, TV, DVD, Home Cinema area, and French windows opening to the pool, garden, and central fountain create a captivating ambiance. A large shaded terrace with a dining table complements the outdoor experience.
Adjacent to the summer lounge, a small gym with exercise machines, sauna, walk-in shower, separate WC, and a reading room enhance the recreational offerings. The main house boasts a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a range, a secondary kitchen with wine cave, dishwasher, and American Style fridge/freezer, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and a charming ‘winter’ living room with a fireplace.
Sleeping up to fourteen guests, Mas du Soleil accommodates twelve adults in six main bedrooms and two children in the seventh, situated on a mezzanine floor within one of the bedrooms.
