This sprawling retreat offers ocean views and an open, airy design. The heated infinity pool is large enough for swimming laps, and bordered by loungers. Guests can grill on the BBQ and dine in the fresh air, then enjoy cocktails in the shaded daybeds beneath the gazebo. The large lawn is secluded from neighboring properties and stretches towards the sea. The front courtyard offers more shaded seating and a landscaped water feature.

Everyone can relax in Arrecife 17’s spacious living areas. The main living room faces the pool and ocean, and the TV room has a 65-inch Smart TV for movie nights, video gaming, and catching the big game. The formal dining room seats 14, and the gourmet kitchen features stainless steel, commercial-grade appliances, a large center island, and an espresso machine. Upstairs, there’s an open-air living room with balcony access, tons of couches, a dining table, and ocean views. Each room flows to the next, and the lines between interior and exterior are comfortably blurred. The private chef can cook every meal, if guests desire. There’s also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Each of the eight bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, and the suites are spread out across two buildings. The main house holds five bedrooms, while the guest house holds three. The master suite has a king bed, ocean and golf course views, a 32” Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a soaking tub. The second master suite has a king bed, a 40” TV, a walk-in closet, dressing rooms, a lounge, and tropical views. The third suite has a king bed and a 32” Smart TV. The fourth suite has two full beds and a 32” Smart TV. The fifth suite offers two queen beds and a walk-in closet on the ground floor. In the guest house, there’s a kids room with two twin beds, as well as two king suites with 32” Smart TVs and walk-in closets.

Arrecife 17 guests have full access to Punta Cana Resort & Club, which include several restaurants and bars, two golf courses, a gym, a marina, Tortuga Bay Beach, Playa Blanca Beach, Serena Beach, and La Cana Beach Club. The property is less than 10 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport. The villa offers parking for up to 6 vehicles; and, daily housekeeping, chef, butler, and security services are all included.
