Casa Palma offers unparalleled ocean views, contemporary design, and a 1,500 square meter floor plan. This Casa de Campo resort villa sits front and center on the Teeth of the Dog golf course.
Sunsets and sparkling waves stretch across the horizon just beyond Casa Palma’s manicured lawn. A stone patio running along the length of the property offers several places to lounge and dine al fresco. The modern infinity pool rests in the center of the patio between cushioned loungers, and the oceanfront gazebo sits a few yards to the side. A small beach is a few steps away. Guests may savor cocktails as the sun sets, or enjoy an evening swim as the stars shine overhead.
The living room’s full entertainment center includes a 60-inch Smart TV, Sonos speakers, and a library of movies and books. Sofas, armchairs, and artwork outfit various common areas throughout the interior, so there’s always room to relax. The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, a breakfast bar, an espresso machine, and a wine refrigerator. A staff kitchen is also available for large groups and events. The formal dining room seats 10 guests amidst floor-to-ceiling windows, whimsical pendant lighting, and bohemian-chic decor.
Casa Palma contains six bedrooms with walk-in closets, safes, TVs, and SONOS sound systems. Each bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and modern fixtures. On the upper level, there are two master suites with king beds, sitting areas, and balconies with lounges. On the main level, there is a third master suite with a king bed, sitting area, and access to the swimming pool. The remaining suites each have two queen beds, and one of these suites also has access to the swimming pool.
Casa Palma is only six minutes from La Romana International Airport, and a short walk or drive from several golf courses. Daily housekeeping, a butler, and 24/7 security are available.
