Architect’s Estate is aptly named. This ultra-modern, resort villa in Casa de Campo features striking geometric design and handcrafted woodwork that sets it apart from the rest.
The infinity pool seamlessly blends with the sundeck facing the golf course. Umbrellas in and around the pool offer shade, and adjustable loungers line both sides. Palm trees and sleek pillars lead to the expansive veranda, where guests can dine al fresco, relax with a book, or snooze in the oversized hammock. Rather than traditional sliding glass doors, Architect’s Estate’s barrier between the interior and exterior rolls up into the ceiling like a luxurious garage door. Glass French doors on the opposite side of the Great Room frame the garden courtyard.
Venezuelan architect Francisco Feaugas emphasized sharp lines and a modern minimalist style in this sprawling estate. Geometric, wooden doors welcome guests into the property, and gigantic windows frame the verdant views. The living room features an Eames lounge chair by Herman Miller, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, and a full entertainment center. The adjacent dining room’s long planked table, glimmering chandelier, and floor-to-ceiling window turns every meal into a special occasion. In the kitchen, cabinets with white detailing and top of the line appliances - including an espresso machine and a gas stove - take the space to the next level.
Each of the six bedrooms can be accessed from the foyer. Every suite enjoys floor-to-ceiling windows, an ensuite bathroom, individually controlled air-conditioning, large closets, a Smart TV, and access to the terrace or garden. The master suite features a king bed, a 60 inch TV, a sitting area, a workspace, and two dressing rooms. There are two more king suites, and a second master suite with a walk-in closet and a sitting area. The remaining suites each have two queen beds, perfect for teenagers and families. Each bathroom is outfitted with luxury fixtures, marble countertops, and large windows.
