Yarari Royale is an architecturally modern villa with an open-concept design that blends the boundaries between outdoor and indoor. The villa comes with daily housekeeping, a butler, and a chef that will prepare three meals a day.

The expansive terrace stretches across the property, surrounded by gardens. The infinity edge pool and Jacuzzi sit in the center of several loungers and daybeds on the wooden deck. There’s a fully-equipped home gym with dumbbells, an adjustable bench, Core Centric training equipment, treadmills, cross trainer, and resistance machines. On the other side of the terrace, al fresco dining for 8 sits under an awning and blends with the entryway. Guests can ride a golf cart to Eden Roc Beach, where they’ll find a beach bar, canopied daybeds, and a huge freeform swimming pool. The two-story interior has several windows, contemporary decor, and high ceilings. The main gathering spaces rest on either side of the foyer, with the living room and dining room on the right. Both have modern design and an open floor plan. No need to worry about the kitchen, because the chef will take care of everything. Kick back and relax in the media room, which has a posh entertainment center, billiards table, and a fully-stocked bar. This level holds the master bedroom and queen suite, which each have an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and access to the terrace, and the queen suite has two queen beds. There are six more bedrooms on the upper level, each with an ensuite bathroom. Two rooms have a king bed, private balcony, and Jacuzzi tub, and the other four rooms each have two queen beds. One of the queen suites also has two twin bunks, perfect for a family to share. All nine bedrooms have TVs.

And, if you love pickleball or basketball, the villa has a multi use pickleball court and basketball court, including two professional basketball hoops with easy height adjustment.
