Set on a serene hill in the heart of Istria, Villa Stanzia Baracija combines historic charm with modern luxury. This 19th-century estate, meticulously renovated, offers an exquisite retreat with stunning views of Istrian nature.
The main villa and a guest villa provide luxurious accommodations with a total of eight suites, making it ideal for up to sixteen guests. The property features a plethora of lavish amenities, ensuring guests enjoy ultimate relaxation and entertainment.
The estate’s outdoor amenities are equally impressive. Guests can unwind by the large heated pool with hydromassage, explore the herb and vegetable gardens, or stroll through the orchards, olive groves, and vineyards.
Inside, the basement houses a queen-size suite with an en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room where a private chef can prepare delicious Istrian specialties.
