This newly built villa spans 537 square meters across two floors, offering a heated infinity pool, five modern bedrooms, five bathrooms, a sauna, and a gym. Accommodating up to 10 guests, the lower ground floor features a spa & wellness area with a sauna and massage table.
The ground floor boasts an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living space opening onto a terrace with an infinity pool and lounge area. A master ensuite bedroom with a king-size bed and balcony access is also on this floor. The second-floor houses four ensuite bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, wardrobe, SMART TV, and balcony offering stunning sea views.
The villa is equipped with modern amenities, including a SONOS music system, ensuring a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy outdoor grilling and dining, sunbathing by the pool, and access to a private beach.
