Harmon Estate sits on the edge of the La Iguana Golf Course in the Los Suenos Resort. This quiet, elegant villa was designed for families who want a tranquil vacation within a gated community.

The turquoise, mosaic-tiled pool and Jacuzzi are the centerpiece of Harmon Estate. A sunken bar is attached at pool level, with wraparound countertops, a sink, and bar-top seating. A Viking barbecue grill sits under a palapa behind the bar, and a stone staircase leads down to the La Iguana Golf Course. On the opposite side of the pool, there’s an outdoor shower and a dining table with an umbrella. Loungers and dining nooks are dotted throughout the manicured lawn, and a stone pathway leads up to more dining on the veranda. At the far side of the house, there’s a home gym with resistance machines and weights.

Smooth pillars and archways combine with imported marble, granite, and handcrafted tile in this 5,000 square foot retreat. Arched windows run along the pool-facing walls, and wrought iron chandeliers unite the common areas. The living room has a large flatscreen TV, leather armchairs and sofas, and a sound system. A few steps lead up to the powder room, wet bar, dining room, and kitchen. A breakfast bar borders the kitchen, which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and expansive countertops. The laundry room is at the back of the kitchen, and has a full-sized washer and dryer. Air-conditioning and WiFi run throughout the interior.

There are three bedrooms on the main level, and each has an ensuite bathroom and a TV. The king suite is across the hall from the dining veranda and has an ensuite bathroom with a glass shower. The queen suite is adjacent and also has an ensuite bathroom with a glass shower. By the kitchen, there’s a children or staff suite with a full bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass shower. Upstairs, a warm den leads into the spacious master suite. This suite has a king bed, a walk-in closet, a Jacuzzi tub, a rain shower, a flatscreen TV, and an office. Through the office, there’s a garden balcony with a wrought-iron railing and a cushioned bench. Harmon Estate has two guest houses that each offer a living room, a full kitchen, and a queen suite. The queen suites both have private patios, walk-in closets, TVs, and ensuite bathrooms with rain head showers and Jacuzzi tubs.

Harmon Estate is in the Eco Golf Community, which is near the Los Suenos Resort, restaurants, water sports, and golf courses. Every activity is within a short drive or walk, including Herradura Bay.
